This case study evaluates how Elixr Books accounting software captured the data/ specifications of a single spare part onto one invoice and later successfully maintained a large number of invoices for all spare parts.
Challenges
A growing business in the manufacturing and services sector needed effective invoice management. They relied on traditional methods of billing and record keeping. This proved not just costly but also delayed bill generation and resulted in poor communication with customers.
Another challenge we faced was not getting enough clarity from the client on Payables/ Receivables and vendor payments. The lack of detailed information was a gap that our team went ahead to fill.
